General Information

Accessibility
While we are grateful for the expanded space that Immaculate Conception provides as our conference continues to grow, our attendees will find some accessibility challenges. The Vendor Hall and Bethany Hall (Keynote speakers) are fully accessible. Access to our speaker rooms will present a series of four steps. Strollers are welcome. If you have accessibility concerns please contact Carrie McGraw at 502-417-8755 for assistance.

Children
The conference is designed for parents and teens. We of course welcome nursing babies and extra children as necessary for a parent’s attendance, but unfortunately cannot provide childcare. A hospitality room will be available for nursing mothers (accessible by stairwell on the second floor). We do ask that parents bringing extra children to the conference be mindful of noise and any potential disruption to our speakers, and thank you in advance for your conscientious parenting.

Parking
Immaculate Conception Church shares parking space with the North Oldham Little League. The ball fields will be in use Friday evening and Saturday through the day. Our conference arrival times should easily afford enough parking for attendees. If parking is sparce in the lot, attendees can park on the surrounding neighborhood streets.

CDs for Sale
All conference talks will be recorded and for sale at the conference (unless otherwise directed by one of our guest speakers). After the conference they will be on sale via this website. We thank Larry Baird for his continued support of our efforts and superb recording quality.

Food
A snack bar will be available throughout the conference in the Vendor Hall. Two rooms directly off the hall will be available for comfortable eating along with additional conveniently located tables. We highly recommend pre-purchasing meals, or for clergy and religious, pre-registration as that helps us to plan adequately for hungry attendees!

Food for the Spirit
We hope this conference will feed both your practical and spiritual needs. Our line up of inspirational speakers and fantastic vendors goes hand in hand with our liturgical programming. Here’s a snapshot of our programming to feed the faithful:
Friday
12:00 P.M. Conference opens with Two Hearts Devotion
5:00 P.M. Confession available for Teens
Saturday
8:00 A.M. Mass
12:30 P.M. Confession available for attendees
4:00 P.M. Confession available for attendees and teens
5:00 P.M. Vigil Mass

    • Carol, We do have a registration fee that covers both days to both speakers and vendors. For the modest $20 fee, you can have complete access to the conference. Many vendors, including Seton Home Study School, give substantial discounts at conferences, so you should make up your registration fee without a problem and even save money on top of that. Don’t wait, though! To get the discount fee, you have to register before the conference! Registering at the door is more expensive. Hope to see you there!
